Elias is survived by his son Elias Jacob Munoz III; his daughter Stephanie Anne Munoz; and his son Jason Rene Munoz; his father Elias Munoz.
He is also survived by his siblings Luis Munoz, Israel Munoz, Moises Munoz, Andrea Calderon, Virginia Ludwig and Rita Beatty.
A visitation for Elias will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary will occur Friday, March 25, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 9:30 AM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915.
Elias will be laid to rest in Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
