It is with extreme sadness & heartbreak that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Emma Q. Flores. She was called home by the Lord on Sunday, July 19, 2020, at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her Parents-Maria de Jesus & Daniel Quintana, her Grandson-Little Bernie Flores and her Brother-Pepe Quintana.
Left to carry her legacy are her children: Armando Flores (Irene), Grace Portillo (Rudy), Yolie Milam (Gabriel), Mary Silva (Lupin), Gabriel Flores (Maria), Alicia Estrada (Joe), Elsa Flores (Mundo), 2 grandkids that she helped raise as her own: Rubina Flores-Jurado (Jimmy) and Bernie Flores (Nereyda); 20 Grandchildren, 37 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her Sisters-Cuca Hijar, Penky Pinon, Fina Emler, Jessie Emler, Estella Quintana; Brothers-Chito Quintana and George Quintana and countless family & friends. Pallbearers: Armando Flores Jr., Isaac Flores, Anthony Portillo, Rene Silva, Becky Silva, Josh Flores, Jonah Magallanes, and Matthew Flores.
Mom, we still see your loving face before us, your voice we long to hear… We will miss and love you dearly, God knows, we wish you were still here. Tears fall freely from our eyes, like a river filled with grief. Our only comfort now, is that your blessed to be in heaven and you’ve found relief. Thank you for your unconditional love & support throughout all our lives. You will always remain the queen & heart of our family.

Private viewing on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and Interment on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions services are limited to immediate family. However, the family truly appreciates all the love, prayers and condolences received.
