Enrique Alberto Bordier Medina was born on June 10, 1927, in Valle de Allende, Chihuahua Mexico to Enrique Bordier Delgado and Lucrecia Medina Loya. Enrique Bordier was wed to Helida Bordier Pedroza in 1959 in Los Angeles, California where they had 4 beautiful children. Enrique later moved back to the small town of Rosario, Durango Mexico. Following, he spent many of his years in his beloved Ranch, Los Morillos, Durango, ranching, tending cattle, and hosting family. He was an avid horseman, loved roping, and most of all he was a singer and composer. He enjoyed expressing his love through songs and his most famous song was Entre Lagrimas y Besos. He returned to El Paso, Texas in 2008 where he lived the rest of his years surrounded by family.
He is survived by his sisters, Luz Cristina and Evangelina, his four children, Diana Bordier, Dalila (Rick) Larson, Angelica (Humberto) Ramirez, and Enrique Alberto (Laura) Bordier; Grandchildren, Hugo (Erin), Javier (Jo Ann), Natali, Stephanie, Alberto, Diego, Garrett, and Brooke; Great grandchildren Ayson, and Alden. He is predeceased by his wife Helida, his parents, and his siblings Nestor, Gildardo, Eugenio, Homero, Reynaldo, Horacio, Orestes, and David.
The family will receive friends and family at a viewing held Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 11:00am at Funeraria Del Angel, 8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904. An interment service will follow at Restlawn Cemetary.
