

Ervin E. Gregoire passed away on March 20, 2013 at the age of 79. He was born July 29, 1933 in Backoo, North Dakota to Leo and Blanche Gregoire. He worked in Telecommunications at AT&T for 34 years, achieving 30 years of perfect attendance. He later worked at UTEP for 10 years. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church since 1957 and was an active choir member during that time. He was a chairman of St. Paul’s Organ Project from March 1981 to May 1982. Being part of his passion and talent for woodwork, he helped with the building of the crèche for the Christmas manger scene. As all who knew him well, he could build or fix anything he put his hands to. He also brought many victories as the star pitcher of the St. Paul’s softball team in it’s hayday in the 70s.
He is preceded by death by his parents, Leo and Blanche Gregoire. He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Elaine Gregoire; his brother, Milton T. Gregoire; his daughter, Rebecca Lynn Mobley; his sons, Jeffery Dale Gregoire and Gary Wray Gregoire (Lanette). He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren: Maranda Marie Olguin, Kyle Derrick Mobley, Jonathan Thomas Gregoire and Erica Josette Gregoire. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; Avery Ella Olguin and Cooper Ray Mobley.
Honorary pallbears are Leonard Sipiora, Clarence Albrecht, Clark Harvey, Jim Richardson, Wayne Sather and Tom Atherton.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West.
