Esperanza Hernandez

Esperanza was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, Alberto Hernandez Jr. (wife Rubi) and Gabriel Sixto Hernandez, and her daughter, Melissa Hernandez Conde (husband Manny Conde). She is also survived by two sisters and three brothers.

She was a proud grandmother to Roxanne Hernandez, Leeann Hernandez, Javier Alberto Hernandez, Desiree Alyssa Conde, Destiny Brianna Conde, Diego Jordan Conde, Savanah Love Hernandez, Ian Hernandez, Daniella Angelica Conde, and Irie Hernandez, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Carlos and Juanita Ramirez; her loving husband, Alberto Hernandez; and her brothers, Raymond Ramirez and Benjamin Ramirez.

Esperanza will be remembered for her strength, her love for her family, and the meaningful relationships she built throughout her life. Her presence touched many, and she will be deeply missed. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Services will take place –

Rosary on Thursday, December 18, 2025 – Hillcrest Funeral Home 1060 N. Carolina from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM with the rosary starting at 7:00 PM

Mass on Friday, December 19, 2025 – St. Peter St. Paul Church 673 Old Hueco Tanks Rd at 8:30 AM, followed by burial at Mt. Carmel Cemetery 401 S. Zaragoza at 10:00 AM
