Esther C. Ariaz

Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister Esther C. Ariaz, was called to be with God, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the age of 79. Esther was born in Edinburg, Texas to Maria Rosario and Eugenio Calvillo. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Ramiro T. Ariaz. Esther is survived by daughter Elda Elodia Canaba, sons: Ramiro Roel Ariaz, Ricardo Rene Ariaz and Rogelio Ruben Ariaz. She leaves behind eight grandchildren: Nicole Gonzalez, Katrina Ariaz, Samantha Ariaz, Brandon Canaba, Adam Canaba, Scott Ariaz, Ryan Ariaz, Deanne Ariaz; two great grandchildren: Bella Gonzalez and Antonio Lomeli III; and five sisters. You filled our lives with joy, love and happiness that will never be forgotten. We will miss your warm hugs, kisses and beautiful smile. The memories you’ve left behind will forever be engraved in our hearts. Although God called you to be by his side and we cannot see you, we know you will always walk beside us. Visitation will be on Sunday November, 8, 2015 from 5:00-9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass will be at 12:15 pm at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Service under the direction of HILLCREST FUNERAL HOME 1060 CAROLINA 598-3332.
