Evangelina Sandra Morales, 75, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025. She is survived by her children, Ric Siefkas (Sandra) and Tiffany Siefkas, her two grandchildren: Zachary and Jude Siefkas and her sister, Wilma Payan.
She proudly dedicated over 20 years of her career to serving our nation’s heroes through her work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She was deeply committed to advocating for and assisting our nation’s veterans. Her work was a testament to her dedication to public service and enduring love and respect for those our served our country. Beyond her professional life, Sandra will be remembered for her kindness, unwavering integrity, and love for her grandchildren and family.
A mass will take place at St. Raphael Catholic Church on July 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in her honor.
