Felipe Garcia (Papa Tony) was a long time resident of El Paso, TX was born in Gary, IN and raised in Zacatecas, MX. He was married for 63 years to Tere Garcia and had 3 children surviving Sylvia (José Luis Nieves), Lupita (Daniel Mendoza) & Marco Antonio Garcia(Mercedes) and raised a child as their own Karen (Gerard Ojeda). He had 10 grandchildren Daniel Isaac (Ileen),Iván Mendoza, Michelle Garcia, José Luis Jr Nieves, Alejandra, Stefania, Marco Antonio, Mercedes Garcia, Adamari & Riley. Had 3 great-grandchildren Isaac, Camila Mendoza, and Mia Garcia. He had faith in resurrection (John 5: 28, 29). He was a Jehovah's Witness for30 years. Was known for being a happy man with a great sense of humor, dancing mambo &loved his coffee from McDonald’s.
