Our Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend, Frances C. Montaño, 79, born to Pedro Carrasco and Emilia Pedregon passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. She is survived by husband: William G. Montaño, sons: William Victor Montaño, Steven Anthony Montaño, Eugene Lawrence Montaño, Gregory Eric Montaño, sisters: Emilia Fernandez, Nickey Arrita, Ernestina Duran, Carmen Minjares, 5 Grandchildren, and 3 Great- Grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home with a Rosary to follow at 7:00pm. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 12:00pm at St. Raphael, 2301 Zanzibar with a Graveside Service at 1:30pm at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
