Francisco is survived by his spouse, Annette Jaramillo; his sons Francisco A. Villalobos, Anthony T. Villalobos; and his daughter Marisol Villalobos; his mother Oralia C. Villalobos; his sisters Celia Jaquez and Margie Villalobos.

Francisco was preceded in death by his father Francisco Villalobos.

Mr. Francisco Villalobos Jr. also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A visitation for Francisco will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A vigil will occur Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM at San Antonio Catholic Church, 503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79915. A graveside service will occur Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
