Ms. Garcia is survived by her children, Alicia G. Rangel (Jose A.); Raul Garcia; Aide G. Vallejo (Henry); Irene Gomez (Jaime); her 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren and sisters Lilia Reyes and Lupe Estopellan.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Luis Q. Garcia; Sons Antelmo Garcia (Memo); Luis Garcia Jr. (Luyo); Antonio Garcia; great grandson Victor Garcia Jr. and parents Felix and Petra Parra; siblings Loreto Payan; Manuel Parra; Amelia Rivas; Lucia Gonzalez; Rafael Parra, Velia Galaz; Bernardo Parra; Felix Parra Jr. and Tomas Parra.
Services will take place on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 5:00-8:00 p.m. with vigil at 6:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter, El Paso, TX 79936. Funeral Friday, October 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church (Mother Cabrini Church) 12200 Vista Del Sol Dr., El Paso, TX 79936. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Victor Garcia, Jose A. Rangel Jr., Enrique Vallejo Jr., Daniel Jesus Garcia, Jaime Gomez Jr. and Adrian Morales Jr.
