This was the night we saw Gilbert at the gas station and we called him to come say hi & he literally block traffic just to see us ❤️🫶🏼 😂 

My dear friend, I have no words to describe how I feel with your passing. I remember the first time we met. We both  started working at FB and we were in the same training class. We clicked right away and we always had a great time during training. Our friendship was one of a kind and I won’t forget how you use to call us “SUB” 😂 you were one of a kind ❤️ I love you my dear friend and I hope to see you again in that amazing resting place that you are now. And I will not cry at your funeral because I know what you would say to me  “Girl! Stop being so tacky” May your soul Rest In Peace my dear friend ❤️🙏🏼  -Lucia H.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know there are no words that can ease your pain. It's sad to see someone so full of life gone so soon. I remember seeing him a couple of months ago laughing and going for a walk in the neighborhood. I found this picture of him from high school. I got old, and he did not change. God keep Gilbert in his glory surrounded by his Mom and family. I'm sending healing prayers and comfort during this tough time. 

Our last conversation broke my heart because I had to come to terms with losing you.  Thank you for loving us (all your nieces and nephews) the way you did.  Although this hurts so much, knowing you’re no longer in pain is comforting.  I will forever cherish and keep the wonderful memories close to my ❤️….
