Gregorio Garcia, Jr., age 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, August 31, 2018. Greg was born on April 11, 1948, in El Paso, TX, to Gregorio and Alicia Garcia. He was a graduate of Bel Air High School in 1967. He served in the U.S. Navy until honorably discharged in 1972. Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 47 years Guadalupe Garcia and four children Louie, Greg (Jennifer), Hector (Joanne), and Veronica Garcia. Greg was a grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A brother to Bobby (Lupe), Rudy † (Isabel), David (Lilian), and Eddie Garcia. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 9th from 5pm-9pm with a vigil at 7pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home. The funeral mass will take place Monday, September 10th at 9am at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church with interment following to Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
