HILDA MELENDEZ 82, loving, devoted Wife, caring Aunt and Cousin passed away Tuesday, February, 1, 2022. Survived by her husband of 58 years Rafael Melendez also by many extended family members who will remember her warmly.
Hilda was born and raised in El Paso, TX. After being married she and Rafael made the move to Los Angeles, California, for over 50 years only recently moving back to El Paso, TX, to be surrounded by family. She had a passion and love of animals, turning none of them away. She will be very missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Visitation: Tuesday, February 15th, 4:00-8:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Mass: Wednesday, February 16th, at 9:15 AM at St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church 12200 Vista Del Sol, 79936. Interment: Evergreen East Cemetery.
