A graduate of Coronado HS and an executive assistant at UTEP for over 35 years, her passion for UTEP athletics was eclipsed only by her love for travel and dedication to family. Survivors are son Michael and wife Ursula, mother Alicia Gonzalez, Brother Manuel Gonzalez III, grandchildren Clara, Madeline, Olivia, Michael and Benjamin. She is preceded in death by father Manuel Gonzalez Jr. and Brother George Gonzalez. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Miner Athletic Club.
