This is an addendum to my memories of my youngest sister Irma Vasquez.
I, and my family extend our condolences, and sadness to her husband Oscar, and children.
I have nothing but sweet, and loving memories of Oscar, who in my estimation, never had anything bad to say about anyone, and never hurt the feelings of a single person.  I pray that he finds solace in his children who I am sure are looking after him, and his well-being,  I always loved him, but then, I am sure everyone did.  Our prayer go to each one of them

Irma was my youngest sister.  What we shared in common was mainly our childhood since I left El Paso when I married to move to Los Angeles, and we lost track of each other throughout the years.  I am immensely sadden at her passing, especially, since the family did not let me know.  I am so sorry that as we became older, we shared little in common, but I loved her.  My memories of her was that she was my youngest sister.  When my mother was forced to put us in an orphanage so she could go to work, I became her surrogate mother, and protector, and she looked upon me as such.  We had very different natures, and the passing of the years created a biggest chasm in our lives.  I am so sorry that we did not become closer as we both aged.  I attribute this to life……just life.  May her beautiful soul rest in peace.  She is now with mom, sister Martha, brothers: Oscar, and Beto.  It is just a matter of time, when I will also join them as I am now 83.
