Jack E. Woodall passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015. Born on January 3, 1934 in Keota, Oklahoma, he is preceded in death by his wife Ann Woodall, his parents George and Ethel Woodall and two sisters. He is survived by sister Louise Smith, daughter Cyndi Boaz, son James Woodall (wife Sheila), nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and friend Tsuneko “Suzie” Wise. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 1 at 5:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home. The family would like to thank all the many family members and friends who have helped them through this time of loss.
