James Frank Fulton, “Jim”, age 71, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Jim was born September 21, 1950, in Eureka, Kansas. He fought a tough 2-year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) with the help of his son and daughter-in-law. Even through his pain, he continued to live and enjoy every moment of his life. Jim served honorably in the United States Air Force before beginning his lifelong career as a master plumber. He will be best remembered by the wonderful stories he told and retold, his love of the open road on a motorcycle, and his great talent in plumbing. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Delbert & Lucille. He is survived by his sister, Elma Ann Schwartz, his two brothers Jay Delbert Fulton and Robert Lee Fulton and his only child James Justin and wife Steffnee Ann as well as many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
