James D. Hall passed away May 8, 2021 after a short illness. He was born in Franklinton N.C to parents Rebecca and James D. Hall, SR. He joined the U.S Army and he retired as an officer in 1982. He served several tours stateside and three tours in Germany and one in Vietnam. David, as he was known, enjoyed his retirement from the Army.
He worked as a Construction Inspector in El Paso. One pleasure he had was going to Ruidoso with his wife Yolanda Hall. He enjoyed his puppy, Princess Daisy too.
David is survived by his wife Yolanda, son James D. Hall III (Karen), daughter June K. Smith (James). His grandchildren Gregory Withworth (Ashley), Brittney King, Katherine S. Hall, and Sarah R. Galvan. His great-grandchildren Madelyn and Greyson Withworth. He was preceded in death by his daughter Carmen L. Hall. David will be missed by his extended family and friends. You May pay your respects on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Martin Funeral Home East, 1460 George Dieter from 9:00 am to 11:00 am follow by a Service Mass at St. Raphael's Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar at 11:30 am. Graveside will take place at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
