Javier is survived by his son Francisco Javier Villalobos; and his daughter Lorena Villalobos; his brother Carlos Villalobos, his brother Raymundo Villalobos, his sister Carmen Villalobos, his sister Irma Peña, his sister Maria del Rayo Serrano and his sister Grace Cook.
A visitation for Javier will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A vigil will occur Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 7:00 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Friday, December 10, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester St, El Paso, Texas. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
