

Joaquin Ramirez, Jr. won his passage to glory on May 4, 2012 surrounded by love and peace. Born to parents Joaquin Ramirez, Sr. and Isabel Ramirez Gonzalez on October 7, 1972 in Lake View Terrace, California. The family then moved to El Paso, Texas in 1978. Education became extremely important to Joaquin as he began journey as a proud Le Barron Thunderbird, Valley View Giant, and The Del Valle Conquistador. Earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso, he then moved to Houston in 1999 with ex-wife Michele Lane Ramirez. A Doctorate Degree was within his sight after earning a Master’s Degree in Microbiology from Texas Southern University. Joaquin was a Laboratory Analyst at Anheuser Bush by trade for thirteen years. He was honored to simultaneously serve as a biology professor at TSU and Loan Star Community College, as well as a coaching assistant for the LSC Men’s Coyotes Basketball team. Proceeded in death by Paternal Grandfather Clemente Ramirez, Sr. (Amelia) and Maternal Grandparents Rosario Corral and Ricardo Gonzalez (Maria). Survived to share the hysterical details of his life are sisters Yvonne and Brenda and brother Victor (Victor, Jr.) Ramirez. The Ramirez Family would like to thank Dr. Robert J.
