Survivors: Wife, Leslie Rios; Daughter, Callie Rios-Hall and Seth; Son, Joe Karl Rios and Kelly, two grand
children Vida Kay and Joe Cruz, and Nikki Rios Folmer and Jason Rios which he thought of them more
like his children than niece and nephew. Joe is survived by four brothers, Robert Morales, Cruz Rios, Jr.,
Manny Rios, and Oscar Rios. The visitation will be Friday, December 16 from 6-8 pm at Martin Funeral
Home, 1460 George Dieter Dr., El Paso and the funeral will be Saturday, December 17 at 10 am.
Interment will be at Ft. Hancock Cemetery. Joe is gone, but not forgotten.
