Jose is survived by his wife, Olivia Castrellon; his daughter Jessica Delgado (Victor); and his son Jose Raul Castrellon Jr. (Crystal).He is also survived by his grandchildren; Victoria Delgado, Ayden Martinez, Kaylee Castrellon, Keira Castrellon, great-grandchildren; Eli Garcia, Angel Garcia, Jose Carlos, and Camila Carlos, his siblings Alfonso Castro, Jesus Castrellon, Luis Castrellon, Laura Castrellon, Cecilia Norman, Virginia Alvarez, Maria Luisa Tapia, Lupe Bermudez, Irma Pinedo.

Jose was preceded in death by his daughter Alejandra Castrellon.He is also preceded in death by his brother Rafael Castrellon.
