Jose W. Serafin

Jose Wenceslao Serafin, known to his friends and family as Joe, age 78, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 11, 2025. He was a loving father, brother, son and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Joe is preceded in death by his parents; Wenceslao Serafin and Florencia Serafin, as well as his older brother, Mike Serafin and his two beloved sisters, and Lydia Serafin and Angelina M. Jacobo.

He is survived by his two loving sons and granddaughter; Joe L. Serafin, Daniel L. Serafin, and his granddaughter, Danielle Serafin, along with his brothers; Luis Serafin, Hector Serafin, Rudy Serafin and Armando Serafin; He is also survived by many extended family and friends that cherish and honor his memory.

A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A rosary will occur Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 6:15 PM, 1060 North Carolina Dr., El Paso, Texas 79915. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 131 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907. A graveside service will occur Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907.
