Mom loved hamburgers, ice cream, cookies, French fries, a good steak and Chinese food from places like Whataburger, Village Inn, Dairy Queen and China Wok. She is best known for her crochet blankets, scarves, baby sweaters, booties and enjoyed painting ceramics.
Josefina Rodriguez is survived by her brother, Juan Enrique Moncada, Jr., son, Jesse Rodriguez, daughters, Bonnie Rodriguez, Christina Carr and Robyn Chapman. Eight grandchildren, Angel Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, Miguel Calderon, Anjelika Salgado, Ismael Rodriguez, Destiny Chapman, Tianna Chapman and Endy Chapman. Two great grandchildren, Apollo and Harleen Rodriguez.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Juan M. Rodriguez, son, David Rodriguez, parents, Juan Enrique Moncada Sr. and Ramona Moncada, sister, Raquel Moncada.
She worked at The Popular Department Store for 30 years. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She touched many lives and was a loving, caring, amazing woman, vibrant and full of love. She will be dearly missed, and will live FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS.
