Juan is survived by his spouse, Grace Ortiz; son Daniel Ortiz; son Robert Ortiz; son Mark Ortiz (Cynthia); and daughter Nicole Castillo (Brian); grandchild Daniel Ortiz, grandchild Mia Castillo, grandchild Gianna Ortiz, grandchild Noah Castillo, grandchild Jacob Ortiz and grandchild Josiah Ortiz.
A visitation for Juan will be held Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 5:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd.. A vigil service will occur Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 6:00 PM, 1462 North Zaragoza Rd.. A funeral mass will occur Monday, March 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM at St Raphael Catholic Church, 2301 Zanzibar Rd. A graveside service will occur Monday, March 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave.
