Laredo Tx “ PHANTOM” Lee Edward Ewing, SR. lands in El Paso - ALIENS BEWARE- Keep the blinds closed, the “CHURCH” will never be the same. Goodbye to the Left Reverend. Now riding in the Biker Galaxy with his Hummer, Trike and hopefully an Indian Motorcycle to “FIX” - it must need Brackets ! He has been all over the world in his life of 77 years: in country Viet Nam, England, with Marines, USAF, CIA for 22 years. Then to “try things”, ride a lot and become a great teacher. He was a graduate of UTEP and loved the desert. He taught at Coronado HS for another 21 years. His wife Edythe Ewing loved him for more than 30 years. Oh how blessed to know such love.
He had 6 children and always taught them to “watch out for weirdos”. His children are Lee Edward Ewing, Jr., Debra Ann Ewing-Martin, Rebecca Marie Ewing-Halter, Richard Michael Ewing, Tina Lee Ewing-Payton, Kathleen Estelle Ewing- Charest. Their mom is Dorothy Ewing-Harding. He has a brother Rick Ewing and 2 sisters Dana Ewing-Rivard and Liz Ewing-Mills all in San Antonio. Also to remember his 13 grandchildren - Jake, Matt, Joe, Josh, Shanna, Nikita, Christina, Melanie, Michael, Rachel, Sara, Benjamin, Cris. But wait their are also several great grandchildren he loves dearly. He was so proud of everyone and loved them ALL. We will miss him so but he left a legacy and taught us so much.
