Mr. Leopoldo S. Barrios passed away in El Paso, Texas on August 1, 2011 at the age of 71. Mr. Barrios was born in Mexico on November 15, 1939 the son of Francisco Silva Guerra and Margarita Barrios. He is survived by his son Alberto Silva, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Oscar Barrios and five sisters; Rosa Maria Armendariz, Ortencia Vargas, Margarita Silva, Herminia Silva and Rosario Beltran. Visitation will be held at Harding-Orr & McDaniel Chapel on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 5:00 until 9:00 pm., with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Cathedral Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 9:00 am., followed by interment at Mt.
