Louis Galanter born August 18, 1928 died May 29, 2018. Louis was Owner and Operator of Cortez Jewelers in El Paso, Texas for 49 years. He was active in the daily operations up until this year. He is survived by his wife Aida of 64 years. Children Bruce and wife Shelly, their children Ethan and Elliot of Dallas, Texas; Nancy Galanter Sadicarios and husband Barry, their son Daniel. Brothers Abe and his wife Sally Galanter of Albuquerque, NM, and their children Judy, Adam and Amy; Ben and Sandi Galanter of Santa Fe, NM and their children Craig and Carin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
