Marion D. Tinsley

Marion Davis Tinsley, a retired private duty nurse passed away on June 13, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 85. She survived by six children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Ms. Tinsley was born in 1932 in Fairfax, Al. She lived there until early 20s when marriage led her to numerous military bases before settling in El Paso. She was a fanatic sports enthusiast and enjoyed bowling, cooking and gardening. She was a neighborhood institution. She will be laid to rest on Wednesday June 20th 2018 at the Hillcrest Funeral Home on Yarbrough & Carolina. The visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the service will follow.
