In Loving Memory of my Grandma Mary

My grandmother, Mary, was so much more than a grandmother, she was a daughter, mother, wife, aunt, sister and a friend to many, she was the woman who raised me. She lived a full and beautiful life of 85 years, side by side with my wonderful grandfather, and mother of my mom—who have both since passed.

Mary carried so much strength. She faced life’s joys and heartbreaks with quiet courage and strength, never losing her faith in her church and God. I only knew her to be strong, and perhaps the reason I am so strong. 

I will miss her love for football (specifically the Vikings) her laugh and humor, she was a firecracker and not one to mess with, she stood firm for what she believed in and spoke on it 10 toes  down!!! 

Though my heart is heavy, I am so grateful for the years we shared and the legacy of love she leaves behind.

Rest peacefully, Grandma Mary. You are forever in my heart.

Grandma it's Alexis your best granddaughter I'm going to miss you so much. I promise everything i told you on the phone I will do for you. I dont know what Im going to do without you,but I know your happy with grandpa now. Watch over me grandma you will always live in all our memories.

Grandma it's Addy I love you forever your always been the best Grandma ever we are all going to miss you. Im going to take care of the cats and dogs for you. I miss you so much Grandma. Love you always Addy cakes

Grandma I love you and miss you so much your with grandpa now. Please watch over us I miss your laugh and your yelling in the house. I promise to take care of your dogs and give them fresh water and food everyday. Love Leanna

Our sincere condolences to your family. May Mary rest in eternal peace. She is now in the hands of the Lord with Leroy and my Momma, her comadre. I will miss seeing you at mass. It breaks my heart knowing I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye! 💔
