August 27, 1933-June 13, 2024

Our beautiful mother sadly passed on June 13, 2024 after a nearly yearlong battle with sepsis and its aftermath. Mom fought hard, right up to the very end. She never gave up despite all the obstacles that were placed before her.

Mom had an unbelievable zest for life, regardless of the circumstance. Mom was a 25-year breast cancer survivor, was active all her life and loved going to the gym. She was so proud of her Zumba, aerobics and ab toning awards that she received from her classes at the YMCA. Mom was also selected to be in a group exercise show at Bassett center years ago. She was so energetic, positive and always happy. Mom loved dancing and being silly. She was a wonderful cook, devout catholic, never had an unkind word to say of anyone. Mom was always the life of the party. We know you’re dancing in heaven. Whistle down to us once in a while!

Almost 65 years married. Mom and Dad have 6 children, Diane, Manuel Jr, Rosemary, Robert, Michael and Patricia, 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Our Mother will be greatly missed by all and will be forever in our hearts. We love you so much Mom, until we see you again.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel, mother and father, Luis and Martha Rosales, brother, Louie Rosales, sisters, Elsie Esper, Martha Gonzales and grandson Gabriel Genera.

Rosary will be July 22, 2024, 7:00 pm at Hillcrest, 1016 N. Carolina. Mass will be at 12:00 pm, July 23, 2024, St. Joseph’s Church, 3729 Hueco Ave, 79903, following with burial at Ft
