Ralph L. Van Horn, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away in El Paso, Texas on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Van Horn and Elizabeth Plavcan and his brother, Robert Van Horn. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Van Horn, daughters Barbara Belgie (William), Susan Holt (Gloria) and Ellen King. Ralph is also survived by his grandchildren David, Ellen, Jason, Jessica and Joshua; 5 great grandchildren and his brothers, Ronald and Harry Van Horn. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 9th at 2:00 PM at Open Gate Community Church, 9821 McCombs El Paso, Texas 79924.
