Roberto “Beto” De la Cruz, 77, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014 in El Paso, Texas. He is survivied by his wife Isabel De La Cruz; children, Lorenzo De La Cruz, Jose and wife Sukie De La Cruz, Angelica De La Cruz, and Raquel and husband Andrew Leyva; grandchildren, Amanda De La Cruz, Michael and wife Sue Ellen De la Cruz, Elena and husband Juan Johnson, Esther and husband Robert Ingersoll, David De La Cruz, and Emily Leyva; great grandchildren, Leah Perkins, Cameron De La Cruz, Elias Ingersoll, and Juan Johnson Jr. Roberto was preceded in death by his father Hilario De La Cruz; mother Rebecca De La Cruz; brothers Lorenzo De La Cruz and Alfredo De La Cruz. Visitation will be held from 5-9 pm with a Vigil Service at 7 pm, Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 am, Friday, August 15, 2014 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
