Rosalia was a strong, independent woman with a big sense of humor who filled every room with warmth and laughter. She was selfless and caring, always putting others before herself, and will be remembered for the love she poured into her family and friends. A devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, Rosalia leaves behind a legacy of kindness, resilience, and joy.
She is survived by her sons, Jose Soto and Carlos J. Ruiz Esparza; her four beloved grandchildren; her brothers, Ernesto, Emilio, Eduardo, Antonio, and Martin Lopez; and her sisters, Mercedes and Cruz Lopez.
Rosalia’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, forever cherished as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend.
Visitation for Rosalia will be held Friday, October 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Templo La Hermosa Church, 8201 Lockhead, El Paso, TX 79925.
