Santos Ramirez

In loving memory of Santos Ramirez, 91. Our beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandma, and friend, passed away Wednesday July 6, 2016 in the comfort of her home, after being called by the Lord to his Kingdom. She was born on November 1, 1924 in Amarillo,Tx. At the age of 5 she moved to Mexico with her parents where she preceded there till the age of 16, where she then moved to Juarez shortly after. In 1948 she married and soon after moved to El Paso where her first child was born. Like in Proverbs 31 Woman's, she was a hard-worker, faithful, generous, loved her family dearly, sacrificed for her children, and had an inner beauty that only comes from Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents Pedro and Petra Ramirez, her brother Trinidad, sisters Martina, and Elidia, and her beloved son Francisco, who is survived by his wife Olga. She is survived by her sister Antonia, her children Estela (Guadalupe), Humberto, Ricardo (Rosa), Arturo, Daniel, Augustin (Virginia), and Eduardo (Teresa), and by her 23 grandchildren, and 54 great grandchildren. Visitation: 5:00-9:00pm on Sunday, July 10 at Martin East-George Dieter with Prayer Service at 7:00pm. Funeral Service: 10:15am on Monday, July 11 at Martin East. Interment will follow at Evergreen East Cemetery.
