Sholley Ann Gifford Cox passed on September 29, 2011 after a month-long battle with cancer. She worked as a waitress and training manager at Jaxon's Restaurant, and was a partner in the family's software business. Sholley and her husband were regular fixtures on the El Paso music scene and her bright smile and unsinkable positive attitude will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Michael, her daughter Kayla and her son James, and her brothers John and Steve. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home West. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name should be made to Candlelighters of El Paso.
