Victor is survived by his spouse, Maria F. Trejo; son Victor Manuel Ortiz Jr. (Maria Geraldina Ortiz).
Victor was preceded in death by his son David Ortiz and parents Bernabe and Maria Teresa Ortiz.
Visitation Thursday October 29, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with Vigil Service at 7:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home West - 5054 Doniphan Dr. El Paso, Texas. Funeral Service Friday at 9:30 AM at Hillcrest Funeral Home West with Committal Service to follow at Memorial Pines Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
Due to Civid-19 Restrictions, services for Mr. Ortiz will be private to family and friends.
