He was born on February 18, 2000, to Robert and Shelley Barrow.
He was a bright light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him and his smile would brighten a room no matter where he went. Rudy loved wonder pets, Diego, and Dora the explorer. His favorite drink was sweet tea.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy and Pearl Horn, Irma Jean Simmons, and Tony Barrow; and a brother Devyn Vittitow.
Rudy is survived by his parents; two brothers, Justin Barrow and Joshua Hicks; and two sisters, Maegan Barrow and Brooke Barrow.
A service will be held on Thursday June 5, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
