She was a native of Larue County and a member of Tunnel Hill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter Braden; her parents, Bush and Fannie Hornback Sallee, and a sister, Katherine Wease.
She is survived by two children, Debi Fields of Glendale and Peter S. Braden of Vine Grove; two brothers, Frank (Brenda) Sallee and Michael (Alane) Sallee; one grandson, Cameron Fields and a great grandson, Stanley Pete Fields.
Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Sonora.
A memorial service will be at Tunnel Hill Baptist Church at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at St. Jude Children's Hospital.
