

Henry Larry Morrison, born on June 17, 1945, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, at the age of 80. A resident of White Mills, Kentucky, Henry was a respected and beloved member of his community.
Henry attended Lynnvale High School until 1962 and graduated from West Hardin High School in 1964. He pursued higher education at Western Kentucky University, where he studied Agriculture for three years.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from June 2, 1964, to February 2, 1973, achieving the rank of Yeoman Second Class. During his service, he completed a tour in Vietnam from August 1970 to August 1971. Following his military career, Henry dedicated 21 years to the United States Department of Agriculture, Tobacco Division, before retiring. Henry was also known to travel extensively around the world. He has seen 30+ Countries!
A dedicated member of the White Mills Christian Church since 1958, Henry was also known as the Town Historian, a role in which he was deeply appreciated by the community. His interests included photography and genealogy, and he was an active member of the White Mills Civic League.
Henry was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Scott and Gladys Morrison; his devoted grandmother, Hallie Hastings, who lovingly raised him; and his brothers, Boyd Scott Morrison, Barrett Hastings Morrison, and James Franklin Morrison. He is survived by his sister, Verna Morrison Reasor, and his cherished nieces and nephew, Kimberly Sullivan, Malena Bailey, and James Morrison.
Henry's contributions to his community and his warm presence will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, February 12, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at White Mills Christian Church and will continue until the service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at White Mills Community Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
