She was a native of Mt. Washington and a member of Blueball Baptist Church.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Rollie and Irene Adkins.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Jeff Thomas; three sons, Chris Adkins (Jess), Scott Thomas and Josh Thomas; two brothers, Ronnie Adkins and Steven Adkins; one sister, Debbie (David) Thomas and four grandchildren, Lindsay, Derek, Travis and Preston.
A graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens with Bro. Glenn Cornett officiating.
