Kayleen Johnson

Kayleen Johnson, 58, of Elizabethtown, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at her home.

She was born June 22, 1957, in Dearborn, Michigan, and was employed at UPS in Elizabethtown. She liked

cooking for her family, traveling, home improvement projects and warm weather,

She was preceded in death by her father, Lester Swain; and a nephew, Mike Ferriter.

Survivors include a daughter, Allison Hayost, and her husband, Shawn, of Elizabethtown; two sons, Warren

Johnson of Elizabethtown and Stuart Johnson of Radcliff; two grandsons, Peyton Bryant and Zander Hayost of

Elizabethtown; her mother, Shirley Swain of Traverse City, Michigan; a brother, Jim Swain, and his wife,

LuAnn, of Taylor, Michigan; two sisters, Judy Ferriter of South Bend, Indiana, and Terri Swain and her fiancé,

Pete Frederick, of Elizabethtown; two nieces, Michelle Zimmer and her husband, Jon, of Elkhart, Indiana, and

Chloe Frederick of Elizabethtown; and five nephews, James Swain and Micah Swain and his wife, Jennifer, all

of Taylor, Michigan, Wesley Swain and his wife, Lori, of Brownstown, Matt Ferriter of South Bend and Cody

Frederick of Elizabethtown.

Cremation was chosen by the family.

A celebration of life is planned for a later date.

Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
