He was a native of Bullitt County, worked for Summit Polymers and loved woodworking and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Marie Riggs.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Becky Riggs; two sons, Alexander Fisher and Dustin (Kimberly) Fisher all of Bardstown; his father, Roy Andrew Riggs; three sisters, Kelly Riggs, Kimberly Riggs and Kristy Garrett all of Bardstown; two grandchildren, Seth Andrew Fisher and Alessandra Elaine Fisher and a host of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Saturday at 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, with Bro. Tom Tredway officiating.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The family requests that masks be worn.
