Patricia Joyce Paar

She was a native of Marfa, TX and a member of St. James Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and battled courageously with Alzheimer’s.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Paar; two sons, Michael Paar and Christopher Paar; her parents, Carl E. and Florence Katherine Weber Bee; two brothers, Carl P. Bee, Sr. and Fenton Bee and a grandson, Jefferson Blas.

Survivors include three sons, Robert David Paar (Dani-Su), Guy Fenton Paar and Stephen Nicholas Paar (Isabella); three daughters, Anna Catherine Paar, Ruth Ellen Montgomery (Steve) and Mary B. Paar; daughter-in-law, Carrie Murphy (Bruce); son-in-law, Benjamin Blas (Anne); grandchildren, Roy Paar (Milana), Lydia Leavy (Tim), Stephen M. Montgomery (Cheryl), Jacob Blas (Hannah), Jordan Blas (Mary), Jesse Blas, Jonah Blas, Roland Paar, Eric Paar, William Paar and Connie Smith (Eric); eight great-grandchildren; a special nephew, Carl Bee (Connie) and her special caregivers, Dottie, Diki, Belinda, Della and Elnita.

The funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Loi Pham officiating. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
