He was born on July 15, 1956 to Roy Renfrow, Sr. and Eda Ludwig and graduated from Butler County High School in 1974. He was a member of Christian Home Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Renfrow, Sr.; his grandparents, John and Lurie Renfrow; his nephew, Chris Renfrow; and his sister-in-law, Connie Renfrow.
His survivors include his life partner of 47 years, Morgan Leslie; mother, Eda Ludwig; two brothers, Roy Renfrow, Jr. (Connie) and Ray Renfrow (Patsy); three sisters, Regina Farris, Rita Burkhead (Ernie) and Ruth Raidt (Rob); and eleven nieces and nephews.
