She was born on January 24, 1932, in Elizabethtown, KY, to the late Roscoe and Jeannie Goodin Ash.
She was a devoted life-long member of Valley Creek Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed dearly.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Edlin; and her son, William Edlin.
She is survived by her children, Wendlyn “Wendy” Edlin, Marcia Goodman, Rick Edlin, Jenny Heath; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6, from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, 306 College St. Elizabethtown. And again on Monday morning at Valley Creek Baptist Church, 4685 Springfield Rd, Elizabethtown, from 9:00 until the time of Funeral Service at 10:00 A.M. with Bro. Scott Kerr to officiate. Burial will follow at Valley Creek Cemetery.
