He was a lifelong member of Summit Church of Christ and retired from the Department of Transportation with 36 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Gray Terry; his parents, Richard and Corene Terry and a sister, Betty Davis.
He is survived by a sister, Doris Hilton; a sister-in-law, Charlene Miller and a brother-in-law Billy Gray; one son, Richard Terry; one daughter, Rexann (Ronnie) Goodman; four grandchildren, Raegan (David) Cicileo; John Richard Terry; Jay (Debra) Goodman and Chad (Maria) Goodman; nine great grandchildren; a special friend, Margret Short and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Cremation was chosen. There will be no services.
