Robert Eugene Mobley

He was a native of Hardin County and a retired farmer and livestock manager. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, visiting the family farm and was an avid UK and old western movie fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Stanley "J.S." and Josephine Bush Mobley, a sister, Iva Lee Owsley and 3 brothers, Joseph Mobley, G.W. Mobley and James Mobley.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley Douglas Mobley of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Traci Mobley of Louisville; a son, Gary Mobley of Louisville; a brother, Michael Mobley of Sonora; a grandson, Devin Holloway and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be at 12 noon Monday, October 24, at Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens with Rev. Emory Riley officiating.

Visitation will be Monday from 10 - 11:45 at Brown Funeral Home.
