He was a born in Reading, PA and retired from the U.S. Army.
Ross was preceded in death by his father, Larry Loftus.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Bauder Loftus; his mother, Marilee Loftus of Elizabethtown; one brother, Russ (Andie) Loftus of Dallas, TX; one sister, Stacey (Mike) Boyette of Elizabethtown and several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be Monday, August 16, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
